“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest,” says the Lord.

Gospel according to Matthew 11:28-30.

Jesus does not promise us a life without trials, but a heart that will never be alone again. He invites us to come to Him without masks, bringing Him everything: our struggles, disappointments, fears, and even those wounds that no one else can see. In His Heart, we find the rest that the world cannot give. The yoke of Jesus is love. Those who love with Him do not feel crushed, because Christ Himself carries the burden together with us. When we entrust our lives to Him, our crosses do not disappear, but they become lighter because they are sustained by His grace. Every day, the Lord repeats to us: “Do not be afraid. Come to Me. I will walk with you.” Today, I will spend a few moments before Jesus and entrust to Him everything that weighs upon my heart. With confidence, I will say to Him: “Jesus, I trust in You. You are my rest, my peace, my joy, and my one and only wonderful love!”
