He does not look at the crowds with indifference, but sees their wounds, their struggles, their loneliness, and their need to be loved. This is how He looks at each one of us as well: He knows our tears, our battles, and He never leaves us alone. Jesus continues to walk along the roads of our lives to heal what is wounded, restore hope to those who have lost it, and give peace to weary hearts. Yet He invites us not to be mere spectators, but workers in His Kingdom, bringing a word of comfort, an act of charity, a sincere smile, and a prayer offered with love. Our life too, when lived in Christ, can become a small field in which the Lord gathers fruits of goodness. Every time we choose to love, forgive, encourage, and pray for one another, we become instruments of His mercy and witnesses of His infinite love. Today, let us ask the Lord to make us humble and faithful workers in His harvest, with hearts capable of loving as He loves. In this way, through our lives, many people may encounter Jesus and discover that His love is the true joy that never fades. Let us learn to live in the freedom of the children of God, because only in Him do we find true freedom. Far from Him, we fall into the slavery of sin and selfishness. Let us choose, then, no longer to be slaves, but free children, in love with Christ and eager to follow Him with all our hearts, allowing ourselves to be transformed by His extraordinary and wonderful love. Let us be love in the world.
